COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
In order to complete a purchase, we will need your legal full name, email address ,mailing and billing address, contact telephone numbers, credit card number and expiration date. If there are other people in your party for whom you are making payment, we will require their legal names as well. If you are making a reservation for traveler(s) other than yourself, please ensure that they agree to you providing us with their personal information.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you make a purchase for travel or travel services through Oriental Tours, we must provide your personal information to the airline, hotel, land operator, or other involved third parties. The information may also be provided to security or public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by law. We will not pass information onto any person not included as a traveler in your booking reservation. We only provide the portion of your personal information that is required for the successful fulfillment of your travel arrangements.

Oriental Tours require companies we select as our business partners to agree to keep our customer information confidential and secure, to protect the information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure by the recipient company, and limit its use to the purposes for which it was disclosed. Oriental Tours also encourage our business partners to respect their customers’ information by adopting strong and effective privacy policies and practices. In addition, we participate actively in industry associations to advocate development of comprehensive privacy policies and implementation strategies.
Oriental Tours will never do
Oriental Tours will never sell your personal information to third parties. We will never, at any time, ask for your credit card numbers, login name or password, in an unsolicited email or via telephone.
